We also collect medication information to develop reminder messages. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your contact and other personal information in your user account so that we may continue to send you reminders or other messages you have requested. 3. Use of Personal Data Collected

Personal data collected by iReminder may be used by iReminder for many reasons, for example, for statistical analysis of users’ behavior, for product development, for content improvement, for fulfillment of a requested transaction or record keeping, or to customize the content and layout of the Site. Aggregate visitor data may be used for internal purposes, and individually identifying information, such as names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information which visitors voluntarily provide to iReminder may be added to iReminder’s databases and used for communications regarding site updates.

4. How We Safeguard the Information You Provide to Us

  • You must log into the iReminder website any time you want to access your personal information. In order to view your account on iReminder's website, you will be asked to log in with your email address and unique password. This password is personal to you and should not be shared with anyone. If you leave the iReminder website, you should be sure to log off. However, in the event that you forget to log off and leave your computer or if there is no activity on the iReminder website for more than 15 minutes, you will automatically be logged off and will be asked again to log in with your password.
  • All of your personal information is encrypted when it is stored in and transmitted by our system. "Encrypted" means that it is scrambled with special complex codes so that no other computer can read it.
  • You have full control over your information. You can change any piece of information in your password-protected area of the Site at any time.
  • iReminder may use your information to contact you regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, privacy statement, and any other relevant policies or agreements.
  • iReminder monitors the limited number of our employees that can potentially access your information. As a part of general maintenance procedures that ensure the security of your personal information and the stability of our servers, there are a limited number of employees who may have access to our user database. These employees are required to abide by our Privacy Policy and are subject to strict disciplinary action including but not limited to termination of employment if this policy is breached. iReminder shall also alert the appropriate authorities if any actions warrant such notification.
  • We will never ask for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. Do not ever give it out.
  • All the information iReminder collects is hosted on secure servers stored behind firewalls that are backed up regularly to ensure minimal loss of information in the event of a system failure or disaster. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. iReminder has implemented numerous security features designed to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information, which may include, without limitation, encryptions and firewalls. Please be advised, however, that the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from iReminder via this Site or email cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, iReminder is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet. 7. Opt-Out Right
