Compliance for Life ( CFL ) is a patient-centric, customizable dosing reminder system with benefits and features that encourage and motivate patients to maintain consistent therapy and reach their compliance goals.

This patent-pending technology improves compliance behavior by fitting medication adherence into an individual's daily routine, letting users decide when (within their medication regimen) and how they are reminded.

Message text is completely customizable and may vary by location, stage of treatment, a milestone event, etc. Messages are tailored to patients' literacy levels and are delivered in English or their preferred language. Patients who do not speak English get the messages in their native language, even languages that do not use Roman Characters (Russian, Hebrew, Chinese, etc.)

Patients can designate up to three locations where they can be reached, and reminders are routed through a series of delivery attempts to each location until a successful contact is made.

Compliance Reporting

CFL is a two-way communications system to capture in real-time patients' responses regarding their compliance to a reminder event. It delivers extensive patient compliance reports to healthcare providers and their patients, including compliance achievements. These reports show each patient's percentage of compliance in a bar chart. This bar turns from red to green at the target compliance level, making it easy and quick to see who is severely non-compliant. The history of each and every attempt to reach a patient also is recorded. Customizable reports are available and data may be exported in any format.

Healthcare Network

CFL enables patients to leverage their personal relationships to build a healthcare network of family members, caregivers or medical providers who support their compliance efforts.With permission, a member of a patient's healthcare network can serve as a Healthcare Partner who is automatically notified if the patient has responded negatively to a message (e.g., has not taken the medication) or could not be reached. This support helps patients stay on their treatment regimen.
